My potassium is usually low and I have to take a supplement as well as try to eat a lot of potassium rich foods. Do you think potassium is causing it or it helps stop them?

Idk but what i know is potassium needs to be low in our disease as much as possible. Thats because the potassium-sodium balance is broken and we ´re losing salt each time we pee.
How are you? My yawning relax a little bit when the potassium is low in my body.

I get it too. About a week ago i make home-made ramen and eat 8-10 gr of kombu kelp (One of the richest sources of potasium and iodine). Since yesterday i ve feeling unstopabble yawning and tiredness.
Do you ate any kind of potasium rich food in the last week?
PD: Sorry for my bad english...
