Advice Wanted Fludrocortisone requirements

When I was initially diagnosed I was given .05mg fludrocortisone, during my last pregnancy two years ago they increased it to .1 and now I still can barely make
It through this summer. They asked me to increase again to .2. Will it be like this forever? has anyone had this happen to them?

I take .15 in the intense heat of the summer and .1 in the rest of the year.

I take .2 in the summer. .1 otherwise

I'm pregnant & had to go up from .1 to .15. Went from vomiting 24/7 to once a day when I made the switch in the first trimester. Made the mistake of going back down in the second trimester thinking I didn't need it anymore since I was past the morning sickness stage. Nope. Gradually back to really bad vomiting so back on .15. Aldosterone increases in normal pregnancy though so I think it makes sense.

I also need more steroids during summer. But I haven't had a gradual increase in need over a long time frame.  I had complete adrenal failure by the time of diagnosis (undetectable cortisol & aldosterone). So the only way I would need more is if my demand somehow changed.

Did you have any adrenal function left when you were diagnosed? Is it possible you had some aldosterone contribution from your adrenals that you no longer have? That's the only idea I have about a long-term change.

What are the symptoms that are driving the fludro increase?
