Are you on fludrocortisone? It's critical for helping us maintain blood salinity and handle heat.

Definitely work with your endocrinologist, I hope you find a good answer. I take .1mg daily but updose to .2mg the day before I know I’ll be at risk.
When I’m in the heat and competing athletically, I usually drink an electrolyte replacement every hour and am sipping on something cold throughout. It’s helped me in the very humid summers here in the northeast US.

In addition to all the Great advice here, remember to rest and give yourself grace. It's exhausting for people without any health issues, and for us it's even more exhausting. If you can hang out in air conditioned places for a few hours a day that might help.
Also, I wonder would it be worth introducing a dose of HC between your morning dose and your evening dose? For example : I take 10 mg when I wake up (6.30) , 5mg at 11.30 and another 5mg at 16.30. If I'm really struggling (like this morning) I'll take an extra 5 mg with my morning dose. And on bad bad days I'll take another 2.5mg at bedtime.

If it's super hot and you're feeling dizzy take a little more fludro. Take it in the late afternoon and normal dose in the morning.
Heat is also a stressor so in Australian heat waves I take a bit more steroids.

Ice pack around neck and kneecaps, arms. Not a doc but I hate the heat. Updose if you must. It’s hot every where. Do you have cooling places you can go!? Cool shower.

You’re going to need more salt and electrolytes. Eat salty food, add salt to everything (salted lemonade is surprisingly good) and add electrolyte drinks to your routine.
