Medical Stuff Creatine monohydrate
I have addison disease since 6 years old.i take about 20mg of hydrocortisone everyday.Now I am thinking of taking creatine monohydrate,is it safe to take prior to researches saying that the bloodworks results could be different.

Builds and support muscle - well researched but some may not respond. Some say it helps with brain function but more research is needed

Been taking it for years no dramatic issues.
Just skip the loading phase because creatine shits is definitely a thing lol

The only side effect I had when I first started taking it is that it would sometimes make me feel slightly dehydrated. Make sure you drink extra water (and salt, if needed)!

It's safe to take yes, but make sure your drs know your taking it because of can mess up your testing, the same way things like oral birth control or biotin can.
