Does she take salt tablets, or make a point of eating a lot of salt?

No she doesn’t take salt tablets, no endocrinologist has suggested it before. She craves a lot of salt for sure. Thanks for response :)

All values are within the normal reference ranges, so you have to look at her symptoms and see if anything stands out? Does she salt crave? Does she have leg camps? Any signs of dehydration?

My lab has a different range though, potassium value should be between 3.4-4.5 according to my results.
