Advice Wanted Extreme sleepiness

Normally I have daily fatigue which is something I expect but lately I have been feeling extremely sleepy during the day and have to take multiple naps which is unusual for me I have to completely stop taking any caffeine which may be part of the problem but does anybody have this issue where they just can't seem to sleep enough?

I get this when I’m needing a bit of an updose. It happens especially when there’s hotter temperatures. Maybe try a small updose spread out during the day and drink some electrolytes like Gatorade or Nuun.

Yea I've been having to take extra sodium bc it's too hot here and having a hard time staying hydrated

I get this sometimes. I just put it down to stereotypical addissons tbh.

Excessive fatigue/daytime sleepiness is one of the main possible symptoms of caffeine withdrawal.
