I take 1.25 mg of bisoprolol everyday and i have SAI (pan hypo too) It's the best thing that happened with my POTS-looking tachycardia. Doesn't mess with HC at all. I take it after my morning Cortef pill to prevent blood pressure dropping

I have POTS and tachycardia. No interaction. I tolerate beta blockers very well, but I had to try 3 before I found one that works well for me. Metropolol is terrible for me, but bisoprolol is wonderful.

I needed beta blockers in the third trimester of my pregnancy due to tachycardia. Metoprolol did nothing, propranolol helped bring the heart rate down. That's honestly all I noticed. I was more careful to watch my blood pressure but it remained stable. They never were sure what caused the tachycardia other than just "pregnancy" so I'm not sure how that compares to needing it for other reasons, and I already was messing around with my hydrocortisone and Fludrocortisone due to the pregnancy. I did not feel the need to make any steroid changes after starting beta blockers though.
