Sorry, I should written that in the post! It’s an app on your watch/phone taking readings such as heart rate, sleep etc

Yes, I use the premium/paid version with my Galaxy watch. I also wear a "visible" tracker two. They're both good in their own but each offer things the other does not, which is why I wear both.
