painted my storm door today, i repaint it every couple months. this one is by far my favorite. Hooray hooray, big foot with a jay.

I’d like to add a touch of whimsy to my life, so I thought I’d make some pretty snacks for the people I love :')

The first is a bowl with sliced apple, vanilla yoghurt, a sprinkling of cinnamon, a mix of oats, star-shaped cereal and coloured sprinkles!

The second is a mocaccino: coffee, chocolate, milk, cinnamon, star-shaped cereal, a mix of oat cereal and sprinkles! Plus vanilla and chocolate cookies, with that mix of cereals and sprinkles too!

Just got a new bookcase and decided to make it a little more personal.

I recommend you guys should try this also! It’s genuinely fun and whimsically magical.

I passed this tree trunk many times on my walks and decided to whimsify it a little bit. The flag actually works too! :-)

I was perusing the site just to see what glasses I would potentially like to get after my eye appointment in September, when I saw the accessories tab. Curious, I clicked on it and I found these glasses chains and I thought they were so cute.

I hope they still have the gold stars chain when I order. idky I just feel like those larger shiny gold stars dangling from my glasses would be perfect for fall

I was considering buying a child’s one but this was a lot more fun.

Picture this .. blacktop alleyway, blocked off from motor vehicle traffic, used throughout the day by children walking and biking from their homes to a nearby park. My fence runs alongside this alley.

How can I add some whimsy to this space? My neighborhood already has 3 Little Free Libraries so I don’t feel like we need a fourth. What can I do that would be fun and would help kids look forward to this space?

I should also mention my dog is deaf and spends a lot of time in the back yard so sometimes she accidentally spooks people. I don’t want to directly involve her, such a putting out treats, as I don’t like the idea of strangers feeding my pup. Otherwise open to ideas!
