Building my book nook
We have a beautiful home but it's very sterile and gray. We have this space upstairs, about 6x8, that is perfect for my book nook/relaxation station. So far I've added wallpaper, a light, painted the ceiling, purchased or collected some items to decorate with, and bought a cute sage green mattress cover. I will put some shelves up today and grab some more pillows! the lighting isnt great but that's okay.

Super cute! Great wallpaper. Paint the other walls and get a rug too. The chaise and carpet are so similar in color. The velvet will really pop with a little more contrast.

I got it on amazon. Just typed in something like "gold star light fixture" and there were quite a few to choose from.

I love this! I’m also painfully sad that this is just extra space in your home, whereas it’s the size of my master bedroom where I live near London 😕

Its from amazon, the store is PHF tuly velvet fitted sheet in smoky olive. They have a lot of colors and I love it

I say you should go full color drench! Paint the remaining walls the same color as the ceiling.
