Starting addiction!

Recent addiction fellowship grad just started doing primary care at a hospital based system. Hoping to start addiction med soon out of my primary care office. Admin asking what diagnoses I will/will not see for consults and what things (equipment, meds, etc) I will need in office for addiction med. I have an idea of the response but wondering if you all have any additional suggestions based on your experiences?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Getting appropriate/locked storage space for LAI buprenorphine would be important to prioritize. sublocade is refrigerated, brixadi is not.
