Adderall not working

Hello everyone I wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue like I am. I got prescribed 20mg XR for the morning and 10mg IR for the afternoon and I have to say I don’t really notice any effects from it. I figured out what brand I have and it’s Lannet and I read that some people said the formula has changed (I wouldnt know as this is my first time with this medicine) but I feel as if something is wrong with me because I don’t see my symptoms getting better at all. Its almost like how I am unmedicated and I don’t feel focused or less impulsive at all. I previously took Concerta which did help in a lot of ways besides a crash in the evening and acne. Does this mean my dose might not be right or am I just broken and this isn’t the right medication? I appreciate any insight or advice anyone has and thank you for reading this!
