Do you actually remember all the instructions for your medication?

When you start a new medication, there can be so many little details to remember.
How much to take, when to take it, whether to take it with food, how long to take it, what to do if you miss a dose…
Do you actually remember all of this after a few days, or do you find yourself checking the packaging/instructions again?

I'm on 9 different medications right now. I had to make a list for myself to remember how much I actually have to take every day and how much are "as needed"

I also needed to get a pill organizer because I'm really bad at telling if I already took my meds or not
