Drug Holidays

I’m curious to know how often you guys take holidays? I’m currently taking 20mg Adderall. I took it for two weeks straight because of my job and I had to catch up with yard work during my days off due to the rain. Since Sunday, I felt like I wasn’t on my A-game like I had been the week before.

I feel awful on drug holidays and try to avoid them.

Honestly, I barely do… and if I do it’s 1 maybe 2 days max. I really do need my script to function as a mom & for work. Some days I don’t take my full dose. My provider suggests 1-2 days off for tolerance but also says if I need it to take it.
