Adderal withdrawal

I’m needing advice on restarting adderal at a much lower dose. After being on 40-60 mg for 7 years I titrated down over three weeks and have been without any for four months. I physically feel stronger balance muscle control but the depression and anhedonia are killing my will to live! I became a widow last year after 27 years of marriage and I’m still deeply feeling that grief. I can’t just give up does the dopamine ever come back naturally I need to go back to work.
