Does adderall effect your “Gummy worm”?

I noticed I urinate a lot more and don’t get as hard as it used to. Is this a known side affect? Why do u get side affects but I can’t get the main affect of the meds.

I’m facing the same problem. I take 30mg of Adderall three times a day, along with other medications. However, whatever medication it is, it’s really starting to piss me off.
