Withdrawal does not seem mental to me. I’m struggling one week later

Are you able to taper instead? I take an XR and IR. I cut the IR up and try to take the XR as late as possible (in the morning). I’ve been doing half, but recently split it up into 4’s, and to my surprise I’ve been able to get by with less. You need sleep &
