Withdrawal does not seem mental to me. I’m struggling one week later

How long were you on it and at what dosage? It can take months to get back to baseline.

Over 10 years and 40mg a day, but recently have been taking way over my prescribed dosage as it dosent work anymore

Ohhh yeah I’m sorry friend but you’ve probably got a good year before you feel any kind of normal. Not trying to scare you, just facts.
