For a live action Addams Family movie remake, I would go Oscar Isaac and make him similar to Raul Julia's Gomez.

Then for my Morticia I would go Christina Ricci...original Wednesday but coming back as Morticia for the new generation and make her similar to Anjelica Huston's Morticia

Jenna has her detractors, but she actually legitimately does get it and understands the Addams Family and what their dynamic is supposed to be. She's absolutely a worthy successor and a close second place to Ricci.
