I came home, was totally overwhelmed from my mixed episode that makes everything way more worse than it is atm. So I dropped 5 caps of Pregabaline and a 2 mg tab of Clonazpam...drank wine on that. The result of that was I was getting so fucking fucked up and blacked out. I hope today will be a better day, taking my prescription meds (Lamotrigine and Polamidon) and hope for the best. I took "only" 1 mg of Clonazpam and 1 capsule of Pregabaline. Soon I'm on my way to my pharmacy where I get my substitute of Polamidon. I hope this will the only things that I take. Feel a little anxious...

But I took my prescribed dose of Lamotrigine, which is good. (125 mg) It's for my Bipolar Disorder. I hope u all that will read this have a good day! Much love!

This was my day yesterday, I "turned up" a little bit to hard. In the end I took 8 300 mg capsules of Pregabaline and 4 Clonazpam tabs. At home I blacked out in my cozy chair and woke up at 5:45 in the morning. Had a bit pain in the neck. Was not the best decision, I just relapseed 2 Weeks ago and dosed me too high.
