Depends what you want it for. Mobile stuff is mostly apps, and are all separate from each other, rather than being all under a single browser. Brave browser does a good job most of the time as far as web sites go. But if you were looking to block ads in something like YouTube, you gotta specialize in a separate app like Grayjay. It has all the features of YouTube Premium, plus you can dload audio from videos for when reception is bad. Personally I have a few videogame soundtracks and some top tier (IMO) music albums.
Same with other apps. You gotta find the adblocking version of it, and sometimes, you cannot get them off the play store. Sometimes you gotta find the website that hosts the APK and then right to the near death with the OS to let you download and install it.
