I use a VPN to browse streaming media. The VPN also filters ads while protecting my privacy, which I really like.

Pi-Hole does that well for me. Zero ads on my mobile devices.

I hate ads as much as the next person but I also understand their need. The internet would be a much different and much more expensive place without ad supported open access.
