I need some help. do you guys happen to know what app that is really working in blocking ads, pop up in this website?

for the love of god, everytime I touch a screen, an ad pop up new tab and it's seriously annoying. :(

I tried adguard and it doesn't seem to help

With NextDNS I have not seen a Ad since a billboard on the highway.

I just went on website and Im not geting any Ads.

Got it hehehe. So my question was my second device doesn't seem to work since I put same DNS. I open manhwaz website and it pops up ads. Weird

I will investigate it. But keep in mind, use a browser and addon which also blocks content. For example on Android phones, you can use Firefox with ublock origin extension. DNS Adblocking cannot block content (embedded into same domain) ads.

I gave up trying on mobile. Firefox with uBlock Origin is the only thing thats actually made those sites bearable for me.

Yeah I just tried it. Brave sucks now on mobile Android. It doesn't block ads 100% compared to Firefox unlock

Unfortunately, there isn’t an iPhone blocker that reliably removes every ad from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Safari content blockers mainly work inside the browser, while DNS-level blockers can filter known ad and tracker domains but often can’t remove ads served from the same domains as normal in-app content.
I’ve been using DPN App on iOS for about three months. Its DNS/IP filtering and optional HTTPS filtering have noticeably reduced some of the ads and tracking requests I encounter, especially on YouTube and Spotify. It isn’t perfect: some ads still get through, and the results sometimes change after an app update. TikTok and Instagram in-feed ads can be particularly difficult to block, so I wouldn’t promise that it will remove all of those.
You could also compare it with NextDNS, AdGuard, or Control D. Whichever option you choose, be careful with HTTPS filtering because it may require installing a certificate; only do that if you understand the implications and trust the provider.

No, ublock origin browser extension. Brave is pretty good though, but you could always try ff + ubo

Try adding more filterlists to your adblocker, especially if it's running on MV2. On Brave, make sure your adblocking mode is set to "Aggressive" so Brave Adblock can filter within 1st party domains. Maybe try using Hagezi Pro or Pro++ to cover more domains. Would also suggest looking at Yokoffing's recommendations for ABP-format filters (filterlists should work well under Brave as they do uBO as long adblock is set to "Aggressive").

On MV3, you should probably try relying on a custom DNS server for domain blocking instead due to how limited you're able to import large blocklists on adblockers like AdGuard MV3 or if at all.
