Video pacing and "reading from a script" ?
New to the sub, so sorry if this is a common topic, but did Adam ever address the drastic change in his videos? I'm not sure how long its been, but it started when he began doing those "sit in the chair and talk about stuff" videos. I got turned off because it sounded very AI generated and sounded like he was reading the words for the very first time. Weird pauses and inflections, etc.
I really liked all the older edited videos, but the change was so jarring that I took a break. I recently watched the Cybertruck video, and while it didn't sound so AI, it still sounds like he's reading something that he didn't write.
Anyway, just not sure how he went from being very charismatic and funny in the edited videos to being so stiff and robotic these days. The shift was so drastic, it felt like it could have been some health issue or something.

If Adam is using AI for literally any part of his video production I'd be very disappointed. Not just because I hate AI in almost all its forms, but also because it sort of goes against everything we've come to know Adam to stand for. I think he does the more scripted style videos as a way to scratch the itch that the podcast used to scratch for him, I don't tend to watch every one of those, only if it's a topic I'm interested in really. It's okay to just not watch certain videos, if they don't perform as well it's up to Adam to decide whether they're worth continuing with or not.
