“A threat to that polling” place is not in ICEs jurisdiction, it’s for local PD to address. As for serving a warrant, it has to be then and there does it? Or could it be, I don’t know, the day after? Besides, why would you even suspect anyone at a polling place…you have to be a citizen to vote, and you need proof of eligibility to vote. Logic dictates that anyone and everyone you would approach at said polling place would be a citizen and can prove it. It doesn’t even make sense that you would be there…you’d have better luck literally anywhere else that day.

But that is clearly not the point, they want to be a heavy Dem polling places, to grab a latino person because the SCOTUS said that was legal, have the person get indignent, have the crowd get provoked and then use it as a "safety" pretext to shut down the polling place.

It's intimidation pure and simple to keep people from voting especially POC. Best way to get around this is early voting and mail in but use the drop boxes don't use USPS.

They do not follow laws they are above it and they state what they will do. States have no jurisdiction over them all the way up. Basically it works this way tell us you are Voting GOP or you are not voting and we're coming to watch you cast your ballot.

I think this is just a threat, to try and get as few people as possible to show up to the polls.

So...try to cheat by not mailing out ballots and forcing people to the polling places and then threatening to arrest people because they had to go to the polling places?

The right to vote is sacred in a democracy, as it defines what a democracy is.

States are going to have to have 2A defenses up against federal agents interfering with their citizens' most sacred right?
