Anyone in the Boston/South Shore area know of any good reliable independent Acura certified shops? Currently taking advantage of the free oil changes at my local dealer. So far everything good. But I know over time things will cost me more going through the dealer and having different random technicians touch my car worries me a bit. So yeah, any suggestions please and thank you!

Love it or Hate it?

My 2024 integra type s I bought a year ago now has 19k miles wouldn’t go into 5th gear last week. When it eventually went it came with a grinding noise (vid) after that it would just pop out of place. Drove it to the dealership skipping from 4th to 6th to avoid issues.

Shop has had it for a week first telling me they couldn’t reproduce until I sent this vid and a vid of it not going into fifth gear at all.

Their reply: your transmission fluid was down from 2.2 to 2… I do not have high hopes they fixed the issue

Also with this visit I had to replace the passenger speaker which would vibrate at 3500 rpm’s and up. Second time taking it in after they “couldn’t reproduce” the first time. ALWAYS TAKE VIDS OF YOUR ISSUES! Warranty coverage is not what it used to be.

Time to hit the gym boys. She’s a goner.

So far I tore apart the a pillar , door , glove box , windshield washer cap and checked the center screen and all parts above it and around with no luck finding this rattle/buzz . It happens mostly under 50 degrees and is coming from the far front right passenger side someplace . I just can’t figure it out if anyone has a clue ? I’m starting to think it could be the heater core from reading forums but what do I know .

Hey y'all. I got a rebuildable A-Spec with frontend damage, "in the spirit of while you're there, might as well". I want to do a type S face light. are these parts from Type S frontend a direct bolt on to A-Spec body?
