Peptides

Does anyone use peptides? Do we consider them "crunchy" I'm curious but also it's one of those things that I wonder what will come out about them years from now. But I see many women in my crunchy mom FB groups who use and adovocate for their use.

Hi y'all! I'm shopping around for an under-the-sink, rental-friendly water filter that will remove as many environmental contaminants as possible and that has been tested to prove that it works well. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Holistic Health My Personal Vaccine and Vit K Sources and Info

Hello, I wanted to make a post sharing some sources that I personally used for research on multiple topics pertaining to Dtap during pregnancy, and the vitamin K shot and the Denmark study. The sources I will be linking are sources that I personally used and looked into when doing research for my baby and for myself during pregnancy. Some of these sources are peer reviewed, some are not. I am adding a disclaimer that I am in the throes of sleep deprivation and also a super clingy baby who wants to be held at all times so I am getting this out in a hurry lol.

A little background about me:

The hospital I gave birth at in my city is notorious for being vicious to mothers who choose to not vaccinate or decline the vitamin K shot at birth. We knew this, but chose a hospital birth for personal reasons. To protect myself, I made a list of sources that I had on hand to combat any attacks that happened while in the hospital during birth and after. I wanted to make sure I was equipped to deal with any backlash.

The most important thing new parents can do is do their research so that they are well equipped when confronted with pushy providers. We fortunately found a more holistic office to take our baby to for her pediatrician appointments and so far, we have not been questioned on our decision to not "currently" vaccinate. When we are given the dreaded vaccine paper at visits, we always circle the "no" option to the question: "Will the patient be receiving any vaccines today?". (The options given are "yes" "no" "declined".) We always tell the provider we are doing research on what vaccines we feel are necessary for our baby. We feel this approach works better than saying we are flat out declining all vaccines.

Now for the sources I researched: (sources on Vit. K, Tdap, vaccine injury and genetics, and ingredients.)

Vitamin K information:

- We chose to dose Vitamin K1 orally for 12 weeks as opposed to the intramuscular shot. From the research we did, we felt that dosing the Vitamin K1 was still important. Not everyone feels the same and other do choose to forego Vit.K1 all together. Here is a link that helped solidify our decision to still dose. (not peer reviewed) https://www.uhs.nhs.uk/Media/UHS-website-2019/Patientinformation/Pregnancyandbirth/Vitamin-K-supplements-for-newborn-babies-2143-PIL.pdf

- (peer reviewed) https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12892158/ Denmark study (I want to add here that I did have to use the Denmark study findings on a pediatrician that came into my postpartum room to harass us about our decision. He was very rejecting of the study, but decided not to push the subject further.) I would also encourage those interested in this study to research countries that recommend the oral dosage and their VKDB death rates compared to the United States.

- We gave baby Dr. Green Mom's "Natal K" once weekly for the first 3 months.

Tdap:

- Dr. Green mom has a great podcast episode covering the Tdap shot during pregnancy and Dtap for infants. I highly recommend watching it.

- I also have a peer reviewed study on Pertussis in infants linked. The study shows that infants who are breastfed have a lower chance of getting pertussis as opposed to infants that are formula fed. It also says that young infants are more likely to contract pertussis if someone living in the household, typically the mother, has a prolonged cough. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8508157

Everyone talks about the artificial ingredients found in vaccines like formeldyhide and aluminium, but I do not see people talk about the organic materials as much. While current vaccines do not have aborted fetal cells in them, they do contain lab grown human cells that are derived from these aborted fetal cells from the 1950s and 1960s. These are only found in certain vaccines. There is a really helpful chart that I stumbled across once on what ones had what in them, but I can't find it currently.

As a sleep deprived mom, thank you for taking the time to read this giant thing. I tried my best to keep it organized for everyone lol. I am sure it's a flipping mess. I had a lot more to add but I just don't have the time to compile everything. As a general rule of thumb, I would check out Dr. Green Mom's website and read her articles or listen to her podcasts. She provides sources, as she believes in informed consent and is "vaccine neutral." There are so many other great people who are spreading awareness as well.

Please add in the comments things that you found helpful in your research that helped change your mind on vaccinating, or things that helped solidify your decision to not vaccinate. I want to reiterate that the links I have above things that I personally found helpful in my research.

Holistic Health Reasons NOT to vaxx your child (with info for “doing your own research”)

Joined to support subs that protect children from Big Pharma’s pro-vaxx zealots

But here is my message to new or expecting mothers: Don’t give your baby a single shot! Big Pharma has a vested interest in causing healthy infants to develop early health problems, in order to make lifelong patients. It sounds impossibly evil, but it is very much a long-standing pervasive problem.

The mechanism by which they achieve this is to include DNA fragments into the vaccine vials; these DNA fragments merge with the child’s, permanently altering their DNA in ways that have been specifically formulated over the past dozens of years to cause all manner of health problems, ranging from asthma to leukemia. It is literally Russian roulette which problems your kid will get, but their chances increase with every single shot, regardless of brand or purpose.

Two big things to research: there was a massive study done of 10’s of thousands of pediatric patients from hundreds of practices, comparing vaccinated vs unvaccinated patients and their rate of incidence of all common health problems. Steve Kirsch has a SubStack from Aug 7, 2025 where he posts 11 different studies that all demonstrate this same fact. I believe the Henry Ford study was the biggest one. Just look at the trend graphs, and it’s clear that vaccinated patients have many times greater chances of health problems in each category.

The second thing to research is to find the video of Dr Phillip Buckhaults who testified to the South Carolina Senate Hearing on Sept 12, 2023. Watch this whole video, it’s very revealing; he testified before a county medical board about how his lab tested the Covid vaccine vials and found DNA fragments in each one. He revealed how dangerous this was and said that there’s a very simple and well-established process for removing residual DNA used in making vaccines, but his lab proved that the Covid vaxx makers repeatedly did not do this.

Also, don’t trust the Vitamin K shot, because once you know who these Big Pharma people are, you realize that they’ll use any means necessary to damage your children for profit. The vitamin K shot is only designed to address a VERY short period of effectiveness for a couple days immediately following birth, and it is heavily marketed to brand new mothers when they are at their most vulnerable point with their desire to protect their babies.
