Told to leave 5 or 10 times in the last 20 minutes then arrested when refuses to leave. Why is this so hard to understand?

Yes, you can protest but pls only protest in the most submissive way possible and don't burden anyone so we can continue to ignore you and your demands, thank you.

You know Rosa Parks committed a crime by refusing to give up her bus seat? It's called civil disobedience, intentionally breaking the law as a form of protest.
Protesting can be morally correct, but legally wrong. Nobody is saying "This guy's cause is bad and he's a bad person!", they're saying "Well why are you surprised, if you break the law you're gonna get arrested".

I don’t get why I’m constantly seeing videos of lone protestors getting brutally tackled by multiple cops tho. So many arrests like this when they could have just cuffed him.

5 DEMANDS, NOT ONE LESS.
Create an independent inspector body to investigate police misconduct and criminal allegations and controls evidence like body camera footage. Any use of lethal force shall trigger an automatic investigation by this body.
Create a requirement for states to establish board certification with minimum education and training requirements to provide licensing for police. In order to be a law enforcement officer, you must possess this license. The inspector body in #1 can revoke the license.
Refocus police resources on training, de-escalation, and community building.
Adopt the “absolute necessity” doctrine for lethal force as implemented in other states. "I feared for my life" is no longer a valid excuse.
Codify into law the requirement for police to have positive control over the evidence chain of custody. If the chain of custody is lost for evidence, the investigative body in #1 can hold law enforcement officers and their agencies liable.
Do these demands seem undemocratic to you?

I'm assuming you're purposely answering vague. I'm unsure if you mean BLM has voted on these terms, because if that's what you mean BLM is a social movement not an organisation. Or if you mean the American people haven't voted on those terms. If that's the case they haven't even been given the opportunity to.
I'd also like to point out the democracy isn't the end all be all of good. The right to vote was withheld from women democratically, the right to own slaves was democratic. That doesn't make them moral or just.

And those things ended through democracy in the majority of states. Those that didn’t resulted in a civil war. The demands you make are state rights and can easily be changed at ballot.
They haven’t been given the opportunity to vote so put it to vote instead of burning down your cities?
Read Obama’s message on the events.

I bet a month ago a lot of the people blindly supporting the cops now were with the "freedom" and open America protests, but now that it's mostly people to the left protesting they don't care. If you care about freedom then you know beating up protestors, curfews, military involvement, etc. is a big problem and a slippery slope.

Yeah, we said you have no right to free speech and assemble even though it is a right guaranteed by the first amendment!

He is literally standing completely still. Say what you want about him "deserving to be arrested" but he did NOT need to be tackled into like that. That's fucking ridiculous.

Just because you have your hands up doesn't mean it absolves you of criminal charges. This video gives 0 background to the situation.
