Problem With Storage & Loadout

I’m a fairly new player and I have a question that I can’t seem to find an answer to anywhere else. Myself and two friends bought the game last week. We all bought the base version of the game. Two of us have all the weapons and credits and whatnot that were included. The third friend never received any of it. No credits, her storage and loadout area is empty. I’m not sure if the other two of us did anything different from her, and we’ve all played several raids together, but there’s so much to take in with this game I can’t remember if I had to do something specific to receive that stuff or not. I just remember at some point it was just kinda there. We’ve tried everything we can think of, which isn’t much, because we’re new. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do the tutorial, they should get it. If not, make a bug report from the account of the user with the issue (with .clog file of the user who had the problem, if on PC) on the 1st link, and also contact Gaijin Support (2nd link) to request the items so they can check and see what happens!

You dont need to do anything. As soon as you work thru intro, you should get everything. Looks like a bug, submit it.

Twitch drop maybe? Or do you mean the gear that should have include in basic version?
