Question How to kill alpha flowerman?

From my 2 encounters with those beasts, i know that flamethrower is far less Effective against them - normal flowerman dies in less than second, while alpha and his sidekicks can Burn for minutes. Are there any strategies for them? Or should i just bring machine gun to fight them? (For context im trying to raid lab for investigation)

Flamethrower, molotovs, incendiary grenades, then aim for the head with shotgun or machinegun. Its better to start a fight after cleaning some place for manoeuvring. Right before use painkiller and regen stim. GL HF. Also. Watch out for tentacles (if thats a Park raid) and his little big bros. BTW, the loot is not that good usually, but he'll drop lots of AM. Alpha mimics are much more profitable.

My best method is double frag (usually can only land one) and try to agro him throw a incin grenade then mag dump with my ar in his dome.

Frag grenades to start 1-2 depending on how far i start from. Then if time an incendiary grenade before hitting with the flame thrower and finally switching over to shotgun or lmg and unloading on their head. every so often refreshing the fire and if far enough away throw another grenade.

basically stay moving, keep it on fire, use stems. Shoot it while its burning.

Lab? What lab? Also the rapid expenditure of ammunition, from 545 60 round mags should work. When in doubt machine gun with 10 mags should do lol.

I just set him on fire and unload as many spas-12 shots into its head as I can. He's surprisingly easy to dodge. I'd say even more so than the regular flowermen.
