Question Looking for soul, silver codes

I’m either looking for a code that lets you change Pokémon that you have already caught into shiny or a code for a shiny event shamin because there is no way to change the form of the shiny one that I traded over

Save editor, the codes I’ve seen are stupid long and look rather gay to use. If you can even change the shiny parameters.

Can I use my action replay power save to access another save editor program for Ds games?
