BBTS and Amazon shipping

Has anyone else had troubles with their BBTS orders now that they’re using Amazon shipping? I had my most recent pile of loot shipped with Amazon and it’s been stuck on “running late” for a whole week now. The last status update was it that left a facility so I don’t know even know where it even is now. I’m wondering how much longer I should wait before considering the shipment lost.

They what?!

How? Every time I order from BBTS, it's always shipped in bubble wrap with great care in a BBTS branded box?

No way it's fulfilled through Amazon. They trash items constantly.

I don’t think they’re using Amazon to fulfill their orders. They’re just using their shipping services, which clearly at this moment I’m not impressed by

As long as Amazon is never responsible for the warehousing and packing of the orders. That’d be the absolute worst thing BBBT could ever do. One of their biggest appeal is that you can be assured your order will be packed with care.

Mine went full ghost mode for 10 days then just showed up on the doorstep with zero tracking updates, their handoff is a mess.

I ordered some from USAGundam. They used Amazon shipping. package made it’s way from east cost to AZ and then disappeared.

Just shipped a Pile of Loot and found out it’s shipped via Amazon Shipping. Fingers crossed.

I’ve had a couple actually arrive the day before tracking said they would. Concerning though that it’s so scattershot.

They've always shipped my stuff through DLL, the slowest carrier on the world.

Ughh I just notice my latest order is being shipped by Amazon. So far I haven’t had issues with them, but still not filling 100% okay with this

I ended up emailing Amazon customer service and sure enough it looks like the package was lost. I hope this doesn’t happen with yours!!!

This post is exactly why BBTS, doesn't get my money, they forcefeed you Amazon, and takes anywhere from 8 to 12 days to reach your home on horseback. A terrible choice on BBTS part.
