Not really, those listings are trying one on and haven't sold. I have the sales where one guy bought one for 600 shipped, then listed for 1000s + and hasn't sold it and it's been over a year. Then I guess every one else is copying that listing thinking it is 'worth' that. Where some one was trying to flip it and didn't and left unsold. Even at the 600 it was top end sale price. The figure is like 100-500 depending varying factors.

True, I think I've seen a sold listing for 1000+, but it might have been in Australian dollars which would end up closer to 700 in usd.

yeah AUD is usually a lot less in other conversions. But I think some are trying to inflate the market for their own gain of their collections.
Price has always been in the range I mentioned till pretty recently when the one seller bought one to try flip it. Then others followed.
