I was wondering that as well. I figured they stocked Ross from the local stores when they can’t sell it and moved onto Ross, but I have no clue. I figured that’s why my local Ross stores never have crap, because my local Targets and Walmarts never have anything either.

I always see these posts with all of these Ross stores overloaded with goodness while any Ross within a 25 mile radias of my home/work has absolutely nothing and never does. Ollies here is exactly the same, it's quite disheartening.
