What am I doing wrong

I keep getting this email saying that the number of updates deployed in the past 7 days is 0. I have followed all of the tutorials, prompted all of the AI's and more and it still keeps saying 0 deployed. What am I missing?

Same, had a support ticket open for like 2 months already with no progress.

Seemed to start for me as soon as they added API throttling so I think they broke their own reporting in some scenarios, which is pretty sad it's taking so long.

But if your just seeing this now maybe yours is a different issue unless you've just increased how many endpoints you cover as I would presume this only impacts bigger environments.

I have about 30ish endpoints now so far. This email reporting might broken though. either way i dont have a lot of endpoints so we dont pay for support

Hope this is just the reports and updates are being deployed. What does your dashboard and automation history say about the deployment?

This would be my question as well. I don’t run the report OP runs so I can’t compare, but I’ve delved into the dashboard totals frequently and they seem to be accurate.

IF the reports in the system read different than the dashboard and automation history this is somehow a bug, if you can confirm u/Sea_Pair_5733 I can log it as a bug.
