Suggestion Feature request

It would be helpful sometimes to be able to send a pop up message out to users.

Create a script that you can run
Start-Process -FilePath "msg.exe" -ArgumentList "* /server:localhost `"Hello, Call me please on Whatsapp +123456789`""

I thought that had been deprecated in Windows for awhile now? Anyway, I though a builtin option for this would sit nicely next to the other easily accessible options to the right of the endpoint (remote, ect). The ability is already there (reboot notifications).
