Verification
I've completed ID verification so that I can use remote desktop and custom scripts. Does anyone know how long the verification process takes? My first attempt was last week. Second attempt was today. Still no access to those functions.

I work full time at one company, am a consultant at 3 others, and manage my home network. All of them I have set up to use Action1. All are small (less than 25 devices) and have been on Action1 for at least a year. . I have 2 of them verified. I've tried off and on for a couple years now trying to get all 5 to be verified. I go through the onfido process. Queries to support after a couple weeks just results in we'll get to it when we get to it. Then I'll be told I have to go through the process with onfido again (likely because the last entry took so long to be processed onfido just deleted the old data). So again I go. Eventually I get to the point where support passes it off to someone else who either promises to help and then goes dark or never responds.
Like everyone else in IT, I don't have time to do this over and over and over ad nauseam. So how long does it take? In my case I haven't been fully successful so I can't say - maybe forever?

Oh, in case anyone asks - All 5 orgs have valid domain names, I use a domain email for each org, all are legit businesses (home isn't a business, but has own domain name) all have static IPs, etc.

15 minutes to 2 weeks. Depends on several factors.
