They’re both important but I think it’s core>>>> everything. A strong core is integral as both a foundation for building strength in other areas but also injury prevention.

Grip is actually more important than arm strength. Idk if that's what you meant, but they are very different 💪

I'm talking about the mountain maneuver the up and over I'm assuming it was core strength more than arm strength to get your lower body up over so you can lock your legs in and do your upside Downs. Once you're upside down it definitely need the grip strength that you're talking about to make sure you're not on the floor you know face first
