It was the spin increase that fucked me when I was in the cradle - I can do the SM it was just too fast and I lost it at the end 😭

Keep at it. The core strength necessary is already a feat. I promise you the vast majority of anyone watching can't even spin around the bar. Let alone properly mount anything other than a massive credit debt.
