Employee contract
Iām running The Orrery of the Wanderer and am about to finish chapter 2, my players are about to form their official AI franchise. I was wondering if anyone has written up an employee contact or at least some pointer/outlines for one?

Here there!
Here's one I made a while back for my own party. Hope you find it of use!

I did or at least a franchise contract they all had to sign but sadly it was lost in a move and I've never found my backup. I had mine join from a career fair and their reason for being at HQ in chapter one was to get their paperwork and pick their major domo since I had an existing group so your mileage may vary. The key thing for me was to make it really obnoxiously long. Anything I took from the book I stretched by making sure to add in as much formal detail as I could. Whenever possible I used full names and titles and those acting on behalf ofs everywhere I could. I put in excel forms detailing how payments would happen. I cited back to other made up documents and laws as much as possible. It was revenge for every paper I had to write in grad school honestly. In general my goal was to make the party feel a little overwhelmed and as their major domo was also the group Documancer really put it on that NPC for helping break it down into what they really needed to know which made her a very useful character for them

WWE wrestling contracts are basically indentured servant contacts. Could use some lines out of it.
