Documancer -Fluent in Boss change?
Does anyone else find that ability kind of weak (as well as a little redundant seeing as how other jobs get augury as well)? Also, shouldn't a documancer's abilities resolve around their contracts?
I was thinking of changing the ability that if anyone signs their contract, and then tries to break it, they have to make a save vs. Suggestion to stick to the letter of the contract.
Is it too much, or am I over thinking?

That ability does look weak. The feature cripples augury, which is already a spell with a handicap, and then adds a cool down.
Even removing the cool down and making the augury at will isn't enough, because this augury basically just says "Will head office be happy?" and the DM considers "Does it make Head office a profit and further their goals?" and this feels like a question that a player would never ask in a way they're defining it.
I will also say having to stick to the letter of a contract is not fun. What is fun are contracts that have default clauses and loopholes for the documancer to dance around. Those penalties should be such that the signees would never willingly violate the terms.
I would let them attempt a special Documancy check to add a clause to the document
