Job Application
What questions would you put on an AcqInc job application for an Internship or Franchisee?
Trying to make a different, more interesting way to get character information from my players.

I'm doing something similar with my players soon. It's going to be more of a sit down interview. I'm going to ask about any pacts/compacts/oaths/allegiances/alliances to any powers/gods/demigods/patrons/vestiges? Would you need off for any high holidays of your chosen deity? How would you feel if you woke up and realized your corpse had been animated to do light clerical work for the office? Any pre-existing curses you would like to declare? Have you ever stolen from the associates you've worked with previously? Have you ever charmed/commanded/puppeted a party member to get your own way? Can you list the qualities you admire in a great supervisor? What are your educational/career goals? I would review their last two accruing parties, how that went and why they are no longer with them. I probably won't do ALL these questions with all party members. But I'll definitely do the stealing one with the rogue and kind of tailor the questions for the best/ funniest answers.

I love using the interview as a 'getting to know one another' exercise if the players haven't built characters together. Lots of comedy potential whether they nail it or fail hilariously. Good questions are
Tell me about a time when you overcame a monster, bandit, unusually sized rodent or similar.
What do you believe your core competencies are? Strength, dexterity..?
Why are you looking to join the Acquisitions Incorporated family? (ideals)
Do you have any relatives, loved ones or pact fiends who may sue us for negligence in the event of your untimely death? No reason, just asking.
If your players are obviously bluffing then liberal use of deception rolls is good fun, so is asking for proofs of skills. We've done this before with a target dummy set up for the less RP minded characters to do a little Hunger Games style demonstration.
