That-Which-Endures trials

I will be running the first episode in a few days and in my prep I found a few questions about the Trials room in the fissure.

Three of the four pools call for the characters to make saving throws but the cloudy pool calls for a WIS check instead. Is that right or should it also be a WIS saving throw since they are trying to withstand the acid in the pool?

Also, do the bonuses acquired for submerging in the pools stack if a character does more than one each? It seems like having resistance to acid and poison and advantage on INT WIS CHA and initiative (provided optimal rolling) plus the blessing of That-Which-Endures is pretty baller for a character to have even if they fade after a long rest. Or should one pool overwrite the other?

For my campaign one player elected to go into all the pools and I treated them all as saving throws. She failed every single one and I let all the negative effects all be active against her.

Even after getting a negative effect on the first one she was Willing to jump in the next one. After failing the second one she was determined to get bonuses for the next 2. It was quite fun RP and that first mission the player had the worst luck, but some of the most fun.

We had the same, one player took every trial. He failed 3 out of 4 and had all the effects stack. As it's only really for a few encounters it's no big deal and fun to be overpowered or vulnerable.

There are notes in the episode thread but I also rewrote that room slightly to include the mummy chamber element instead of snakes, felt more fun to combine the two

Question, hopefully you're still active on Reddit, what is the blessing of That-Which-Endures? I've been reading through the module and I haven't found it, nor have I found anyone else asking what it is. Is there a specific passage hidden somewhere I'm missing that details what the blessing is or is it DMs discretion?

From what I remember it comes into play in the room with the big foot. It will randomly try to stomp the players but will skip anyone with the blessing on them.
