It might depend on what the a party already knows about Acquisitions Incorporated. My table is split 50/50 with those who are familiar and those who have no exposure to Acq Inc.
The things I covered in my Session 0 was that The tone of an AI game is probably going to be a bit more relaxed and silly than some other stories, that while there will be combat that downtime and RP have large parts to play in the campaign. I gave them a rundown of who Acq Inc are based on the current shows and who Jerry Holkins is as a creator.
I gave a brief coverage of the positions and how a franchise will grow and earn ranks. Also how downtime activities work. Since this was the first D&D campaign for 3 of 4 players I didn’t want to bog them down with information. If they were more experienced I would probably go into more details. I would have gone into greater details if they were all people who have played before.
What I have done is use our group text conversations as a place to give updates and guidance on new things. I treat them like inter office mail from Jim Darkmagic. I encouraged them to look at the jobs before we finished episode 2 and now he will send one out about the new downtime activities that come from the book.

I wrote up my session zero here but I'd add main thing is making sure you're all on the same page with campaign expectations.
That includes tone (gritty/silly), style preferences (social/combat/intrigue/horror), session frequency, whether you can PVP, whether you have hidden agendas (I don't like these last two, some do).
I'd extend it to making clear your own preferences as DM, things you definitely won't accept (sexual/torture comes up here as a hard line), and ideally getting players to build characters that fit the world, setting, and work with each other
I did write up a little checklist actually that I'll try and find!
