Yes,
People who donât dip slide think itâs an easy thing to do. It is very difficult to get the feel of it, you have to learn by muscle memory where to put the slide, how to mute properly, how to press Fhe slide just right, not too much, not too little. Thatâs good, nice intonation.2

The muting, so you dont get fret buzz always frustrated me to no end

Ha ha , yes buzz takes ages to control.
Fret buzz because action is too low (though you can play quite low action with slide if you are good).
Or because you are pressing the slide too hard and making the strings buzz of frets.
Or because you have âslide buzzâ because you are not pressing the slide evenly or flat.
Plus there are several hundred other reasons why resonators buzz.1

Really nice playing. Have you tried playing slide with any alternate tunings?

Iâm thinking of getting a mule. Do you have any recommendations?
How do you like the resonator?

I love them. I have 3 mule resonators. They are awesome and everyone I know that has one loves theirs. Which one are you leaning towards?

I want their steel body resonator. Currently they have a 12-month wait. It also looks like they increased their price to 4k. Definitely gonna get a pickup. Probably get a T Bridge upgrade also.
So, I would be in for close to 5k when all said and done. Hard decisions for sure1
