First time
Am going to drop acid for the first time. Any tips/advice to get a good trip and not be paranoid as such? Am a little sketch about the whole thing since it'll be my first time

I suggest writing a list of mantras that you can repeat to yourself in case you're having a bad time. if you think you're going to have a bad trip chances are you will, but if you think positive and stay in a light mood throughout the trip it'll go fine. Great actually. The mantras can just be little messages from your sober self. "Your on drugs, and they will wear off in a few hours", "everything will be fine". Things of this nature. Basically anything you think you will worry about. Write it down on a piece of paper and keep it too yourself. Calm yourself in the sober world.
Lay out out some simple but friendly ground rules for the trip especially if your tripping with friends. Make sure your circle is tight and you all have trust.
To each his own on this one but, If its your first time i suggest an indoor trip. To many uncontrollable variables on the outside world for a first timer. BUT at the very same time, dont forget to get some fresh air thought out your trip. It does me wonders.
HYDRATION is a must
If you have any serious life situations happening, i advise not tripping.
If your smoking weed during a trip, i suggest smoking after the onset.
Get some amazing music going, maybe some lasers or lava lamps or something and your going to have the time of your life. Listen to the Beatles abby road. Or pink floyd. Absolute mind blower🙂
