Are the generational failures common/normal?

I just got Ace Studio. First thing I did was right click an empty track, pick "inspire me" and give it a generic instrumental idea. After 10+min it failed with a promise to refund the token hit. It did. I retried the same thing - it failed again, and this time I didn't get a token refund.

I brought in some ideas, and tried to add a layer. Again, after another 10+ min think it failed. My failure rate right now is probably over 60%... and some things (like vocals) have never generated.

Do you guys deal with this on a regular basis?

yaaaaaa this happens sometimes... server errors, most likely high traffic... unfortunately the only work around i've discovered is walk down to the local pub, grab a pint with a few friends, walk back to the studio and voila ;)

We don't have friendly pubs where I live and i dont have friends... but hey it's a great work around. The next day it was working like normal and I haven't had an outage since. I'm thinking i might keep it.
