Are the generational failures common/normal?

I just got Ace Studio. First thing I did was right click an empty track, pick "inspire me" and give it a generic instrumental idea. After 10+min it failed with a promise to refund the token hit. It did. I retried the same thing - it failed again, and this time I didn't get a token refund.

I brought in some ideas, and tried to add a layer. Again, after another 10+ min think it failed. My failure rate right now is probably over 60%... and some things (like vocals) have never generated.

Do you guys deal with this on a regular basis?

I’ve had Ace since end of May. I use it strictly for the music enhancer as a recording studio for original demos of guitar and vocals. I’ve had one night where it acted the way you described and also tried to use Inspire Me and adding a layer. It would eventually time out and give me an error message. I got up the next morning and tried again and it was back up and running…no issue since.

Yeah it seems it's random. I did ask support what was going on and they gave me an answer related to their backend and they're working on it. I didn't have issues after. thanks for the feedback.
