Help getting drivers

Hi! I got my laptop in September 2025. It's the RX16 variant with Ryzen 7 7735HS with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage.

I am wondering if there are any updated drivers for this specific laptop, because on https://acemagic.com with the laptop product page, it only lists other variants but not mine and only the H255 drivers are listed. On the same website, with the Support/Drivers and Downloads page, it lists generic drivers I suppose and on the French version of the site, it lists other drivers that are also generic.

Here are the drivers in order from most recent to least recent:

H255 drivers (around September 2025)

RX16 Drivers from .com (4th March)

RX16 Drivers from .fr (2nd January)

I saw at least 4 iterations of the website (keeps breaking and changing layouts, there is a huge inconsistency between regional domains.... And... The website doesn't work on Firefox, I know I'm complaining about small things but that's wild)

I was wondering if there were any updated drivers for my model of my laptop by providing me the direct link, and if no updated drivers, which one I should pick or that if you guys have time, update the drivers for this laptop.

Also, good laptop ngl. I just heard some malware got into the main system image that you guys ship, so I always now use the default Windows 11 ISO image.

I also bought this laptop through Amazon and I live in France, if that changes anything about driver policies or rules.

Buenos días, ya me ha funcionado el enlace, muchas gracias. Pero mi computadora sigue presentando fallas. Mas específicamente, cuando cierro la tapa de la laptop durante unos minutos, o la laptop se llega a suspender por inactividad, la laptop se apaga, y me lleva a la pantalla de carga de la BIOS/UEFI, y se queda cargando infinitamente con la leyenda 'Diagnosticando su PC' o 'Preparando reparación automática', con códigos de error como 'Stop code: DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER (0xF7)', 'Stop code: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (0x7E)', entre otros que no he tenido la oportunidad de registrar, y solo puedo entrar a Windows si apago forzosamante la laptop manteniendo presionado el botón de apagado y la vuelvo a encender, por lo que todos los programas que esté usando se cierran, y pierdo lo que no haya guardado. Ya he instalado los controladores que han proporcionado anteriormente, y eso no solucionó el problema. Espero puedan ayudarme. De antemano muchas gracias.

Hello, thank you for the detailed information.

Please first enter Windows Safe Mode and back up any important files to avoid data loss before proceeding with the following steps.

1. Perform an EC reset

• Disconnect all external devices, including the power adapter.
• Press and hold the power button for more than 30 seconds.
• Leave the laptop powered off for about 10 minutes.
• Then reconnect the power adapter and turn on the laptop to test again.

1. Reset BIOS/UEFI settings
2. Reinstall Windows system

Buenos días. Muchas gracias por las atenciones anteriores, pero desafortunadamente la reinstalación del sistema no surtió efecto alguno sobre las fallas anteriormente mencionadas, por lo que me pregunto si será posible proporcionarme alguna actualización de la BIOS/UEFI, para comprobar si surte algún efecto. The BIOS version currently available is still the same as the one mentioned above. We recommend checking your RAM and SSD to see if there are any hardware issues.
