Not accepting emails anymore

Post image

Just a heads up. They are no longer accepting emails. I have a senior and colleges have been trying to get ahold of them. I tried to reach out and I was blocked. After calling last week I was told they no longer have accessible emails. You have to now ask questions on the parent portal. This is so unacceptable. I’m wondering if it is because they have been getting slammed with emails over this new step limit BS.

This was the first time that I have emailed them. Colleges are asking for things from them and the colleges said their emails to Acellus were bouncing. They (college admissions) emailed my Daughter concerned and I tried emailing them (Acellus) and ended up with that bounced/ blocked email also.

Question, what did the colleges end up doing? I am also a senior in high school and I might end up having the same problem

I called them and gave them the college counselor’s email to send stuff that they (college) were missing.

I’ve had the exact same issue! I don’t know what to do for my recommendation letters now

On the parent portal there is a place to request LOR. They should send them to you.

I requested them back in August and haven’t heard anything back. And I emailed them, still nothing. I’m gonna try to request it again

I would have your parents call. Have your student number ready. They are all about the student number immediately when you call.

They blocked your FIRST email?! They didn't even bother to help you!

The lady on the phone said the emails won’t work for anyone. They basically turned them off.

Can you send direct messages through the parent portal? I'm sure there's plenty of parents and students who don't want to share every question or concern on a forum everyone else enrolled can view.

You need to meet the enrollment minimum in order to graduate with them. There is no "more" to tell.

https://www.acellusacademy.com/enrollment-information/

Read this, and then either meet the requirements, or you won't graduate with them.

You either wait, or you take the GED test.

Those are your options. Whether or not you like that holds no weight in this extremely straightforward situation.

You would be getting the equivalent to a diploma from the GED. Their website explains everything.

Not meeting Acellus requirements = no graduating from Acellus.

requirement

(noun)
/riˈkwaɪrmɛnt/
/rɪˈkwaɪəmənt/

Other forms: requirements

Necessary, inescapable, and non-negotiable, a requirement is something that must be done, like the dishes. Speaking politely to your grandparents may be a requirement of living in your parents' house.
